END PERIOD POVERTY

Our Mission

our founder, Avrey Hendrix, saw the work being done with the Utah Period Project and immediately felt led to bring the fight against period poverty to Idaho. After many phone calls to friends and supportive school counsellors and principals, it was very apparent that there was a need and so we got to work!

With a very generous donation of $30,000 from the Upper Valley Child Advocacy Center, we were able to kick off our very first project of installing 83 Aunt Flo dispensers in the bathrooms of 32 east Idaho schools. We continue to donate monthly period packs to schools and are working on legislation that will ensure no girl in Idaho ever goes without necessary. feminine products.

Period products aren't a luxury.
They are a BASIC NECESSITY.

Period products should be like toilet paper - free and available in every restroom.

It's time to end the stigma surrounding periods and feminine hygiene.
